Seraph 7-Day Return Policy

We at Seraph are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  2. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item securely, and include all original packaging and documentation.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
